HIDE YAMAMOTO

1984: Appointed as Executive Chef of the Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. Took charge of the inaugural dinner for the 40th President of the United States, Ronald Reagan. Subsequently served as the Executive Chef for the inaugural dinners of two U.S. Presidents: George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.

2005: Became the first head chef of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Tokyo.

2008: Began producing restaurants both domestically and internationally.
